Victor Sylvanus Peacock holds a Technician Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). He is also a certified Chattered Accountant – ACCA.

Mr. Peacock joined the Anti Corruption Commission in December 2006 as Assistant Finance Officer and in 2008 he was redeployed to the then Internal Audit Unit as Internal Auditor. He rose through the ranks as Head of Internal Audit Unit and in 2013 he became Director Internal Audit Department. 

He is a Christian and is married with two kids.
