Please allow me to share with you in this our SLW-FORUM, and by extension, send it also to other FORA, my honest and humble opinion on the main reason why the Sierra Leone Anti-Corruption Commission under the leadership of Commissioner Francis Ben Kaifala,  with  his team of dynamic colleagues is succeeding in the national fight against corruption in our country Sierra Leone, and consequently gaining for us more accolades/ awards and public acclamations annually, both nationally and internationally.

The main reason which I simply believe is responsible for this success story of our Sierra Leone Anti-Corruption Commission under the leadership of the Francis Ben Kaifala Esq., is the charismatic personality and honesty of purpose residing in the Commissioner, Francis Ben Kaifala.

Within the past four years, Francis, as the Sierra Leone Anti-Corruption Commissioner, has honestly and judiciously faced up to the responsibility of his task by openly campaigning and fighting against acts of corruption wherever he sees or perceives corruption or in whoever any act of corruption resides or is consistently being perpetrated.

Secondly, Francis Ben Kaifala, with his charismatic aspirations and natural gift of human engagement, together with the diligence and collaboration of his youthful co-workers and an experienced Deputy Commissioner at the Commission, Ben Kaifala has succeeded in not only facing up to the callousness of many corrupt Sierra Leoneans, especially Politicians in their habitual crafty games of rampant activities of corruption, but Ben has over and above those, successfully lobbied nationlly and internationally, and achieved  the enactment of very significant Anti-Corruption laws in Sierra Leone and in the West African sub region.

By so doing, the charismatic Francis Ben Kaifala has brought the evil effects of corruption into the public domain for all Sierra Leoneans to see, acknowledge and now have become determined to together campaign and fight the menace of corruption in Sierra Leone.

This is what I would like to share with you now as the main reasons for the success story of our Anti-Corruption Commission, under the leadership of Commissioner Francis Ben Kaifala Esq., within just four years.
