The Deputy Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Augustine Foday Ngobie, in his statement at the training session on the implementation of the Emergency Cash Transfer (ECF), on Friday 24th February, 2023, at the M. J. Swaray Hall, Bo, assures trainees of the Commission's uncompromising resolve to instill integrity in the Implementation of the Emergency Cash Transfer (ECT).

Admonishing the trainees, Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Ngobie informed them that the Government of Sierra Leone designed this scheme with support from partners, to alleviate the sufferings of the people.

These monies provided are part of the Social Safety Net (SSN) Program, designed to better their lives by uplifting their living standards, ACC Deputy boss underscored. 

He further said that, the  Government of Sierra Leone and its partners have catered for the poorest of poor people, and any move to get anybody included who is not qualified will attract the wrath of the  Commission. "This is why in addition to our staff that are part of every stage of this process; training you, l have left my office to further assure and admonish you", he stressed.

He commended the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), and other partners for their dedication and unrelenting support.

The ACC Deputy Commissioner in his engagements with the people is set to visit other training centers in Kenema, Makeni, and Port Loko in the coming days.
