ACC INDICTS MUSTAPHA SENESIE FOR MISAPPROPRIATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), has on 8th April, 2019, indicted MR. MUSTAPHA SENESIE of Gendema Village, Sahn Section, Bumpeh Ngao Chiefdom, Bo District, on ONE (1) COUNT of Misappropriation of Public Property, contrary to Section 36(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act No.12 of 2008.
According to the particulars of offence, MR. MUSTAPHA SENESIE, between the 1st January and 31st December 2015, at Gendema Village, misappropriated thirty (30) bags of fertilizers, being public property of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Food Security, under the Diversified Food Production Project, allocated to the people of Gendema in the Bo District.
MR. MUSTAPHA SENESIE is expected to make his first appearance at the High Court of Sierra Leone Holden in Bo, on 2nd May, 2019.
